In our delivery process, Pastry treats deliver within the same business day operation hours - (Monday – Saturday 9:00AM-5:00PM). Excluding weekends and holidays. the rate of delivery charges will depend upon the location of the customer.

After receiving your order confirmation  email/messages. You will receive a notification when your order has been shipped. 

Pastry Treats delivery charges are the following:

• Within the area of Gingoog City delivery charge is 40 pesos. ​​​​

• Outside Gingoog City delivery charges will depend upon the location of delivery. 

Note: "Please rest assured that we deliver our product appropriately from our establishment to location of our customer. Stay calm and wait patiently." 

Refund/ Exchange Policy:

Pastry Treats takes pride in the baked goods that we provide our clients. in the event that a client is unhappy with their order, please notify us immediately (within 24 hours of purchase). Pastry Treats will give you a store credit for the amount returned towards a future purchase. All refunds will be provided as in-store credit.

Wrong product delivered:

"Pastry Treats will provide a refund to the customer who received  wrong product."

Others:

•  please keep in mind that shipping baked products exposes them to damage from carrier movement. we are not liable  for any damage that occurs during transportation, including mold.

• please refuse to accept the product from the carrier if it is damaged upon delivery.

• Damaged-item refunds can only be applied to the original payment card. For a full refund on your product, the product must be returned in a timely manner and in original packaging.

• Prior to purchase, please make arrangement for prompt delivery of goods to enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our products. ​​
